- CSV contents are processed locally in the browser and are not uploaded to or stored by the service.

- File fingerprints cannot be used by the service to reconstruct file contents.
- PayPal processes checkout and payment details under PayPal's own privacy policy. The service stores PayPal order and capture identifiers, amount, currency, and payment status.

- Account and payment metadata is not sold or used for advertising.
Service terms
- The $19 unlock covers one file fingerprint representing one store, up to 10 CSV files, 25 MB per file, and 50,000 combined data rows.
- The complete pack is generated on the customer's device and includes available cleaned CSVs, issue lists, summaries, a manifest, and a standalone HTML report.
- The same authenticated account can regenerate the same file fingerprint for 30 days by selecting the source files again.
- The customer is responsible for exporting data lawfully, checking automated results against source records, and keeping untouched backups.
- The service does not access Shopify, modify inventory, export data that Stocky does not expose, or replace accounting, tax, or legal advice.
- Header recognition is best-effort. Unrecognized or materially different export schemas might not be processable.
- This independent product is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify or Stocky.
Refund policy
- The free scan is provided so customers can verify file recognition and preview findings before payment.
- A duplicate charge or a payment that does not unlock the matching fingerprint is eligible for a full refund.
- A refund is available when a verified product defect prevents the complete pack from being generated and the defect cannot be corrected.
- After a complete pack has been successfully generated, the payment is non-refundable except where required by law.
- Refund requests should include the PayPal receipt and account email. Approved refunds are processed through PayPal.
